The Kerry Way runs north , south and east of our B&B so there are wany walks to do each day. There are levels to suit all abilities. We supply ordnance survy maps free of charge for the duration of your stay.

There are two Golf Courses only five minutes drive away, The famous Waterville Link course and the new skellig Bay course
Cycling
Nearby there are beautifyl scenic cycling routes on the quiter country roads. Bike hire can be arranged for you.

The peninsula has an enormous variety of heritage sites from standing stones,celtic crosses, ogham stones, ring forts to great monastic sites such as Church Island on Lough Currane and the World Heritage site Skellig Michael of our coast.


Bird Watching
There is a great unspoilt enviornment supporting a variety of bird species from the tiny wren to the majestic white tailed Eagle . sea birds are also in abundance with puffins and gannets in great numbers on the little skellig.
